In Literacy this term (Term 4) we have been learning about acrostic poems. We learnt that acrostic poems are poems which begin with the title which is written down the side of the page.
Each line of your poem begins with a letter of the title and we wrote our poems about our love for Islam.

In Term 3 Science, Year 2 have been learning about and investigating “Everyday Materials” covering the national curriculum objectives:
We worked in groups to choose which materials would be best suited to make our kites and then tested them out in the playground. We wrote up their investigation, sharing and analysing our results.
